Income Ally is built by Lashan Digital

Arrears management for UK social landlords, built on the view that empathy and legality are the same job rather than a trade-off between them.

Every other product in this category competes on prediction accuracy: who spots an arrears problem earliest. That is a worthwhile race and it has a decade of benchmark data behind it, none of it ours.

We compete on two axes nobody else is on — how well the system understands the person, and whether you can prove you stopped when the law said to.

How we write about the product

Three rules we hold ourselves to

One

We never say “compliant”

The Regulator of Social Housing regulates landlords, not software. No product can make you compliant, and the word describes a state we do not control.

Two

Every claim carries its limit

The test we apply before publishing a sentence is whether a customer could quote it back at us after an adverse finding. If they could, it does not go up.

Three

No figures we cannot stand behind

You will not find a percentage uplift anywhere on this site. We have no benchmark set, and one measured on another landlord’s book is not evidence about yours.
