Multi-Lingual Client Relations Manager – Valencia

Job Title: Client Relations Manager

Office: Valencia, Spain

Job Description: The role involves talking to clients prior to their visit to Spain and to discuss the Sales Process and help them source properties they wish to visit. To build rapport and maintain that relationship during their visit and beyond. Assisting and liaising with our Sales Executives in order to sell the perfect property.

  • Must speak fluent Dutch, German and English
  • French and Spanish beneficial
  • Have some previous sales experience.
  • Confident and presentable
  • Team worker.
  • Uses initiative.
  • Motivated and hard working.
  • Knowledge of local areas beneficial.

Aftersales Executive – Benidoleig/Denia

Job Title: Aftersales Executive

Office Location: Benidoleig or Denia Office

Job Description: 

  • Building and Maintaining relationships with clients all over Europe.
  • Selling the company and our products.
  • Ensuring a smooth buying and selling process.
  • Dealing with vendors and clients face to face.

In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other administration duties.

Candidate Profile:

  • Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
  • Other languages are advantageous.
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident and presentable.
  • Good IT skills.
  • A full drivers licence is essential
  • Knowledge of local areas beneficial.
  • Client-facing experience is a must.
  • Although not essential, a second language would be advantageous.
