Senior Director Positions – Valencia

HomeEspaña is looking for experienced Senior Directors to join its Head Office in Valencia as part of the group’s expansion programme.

We are looking for a range of expertise covering multiple disciplines, including Finance, Product, Marketing and Commerce.

Successful candidates must have experience in managing large teams and be strategic and process-minded. A financial background is desirable and experience in the real estate industry is advantageous, but not essential.

Candidates must also be fluent in English and Spanish and other languages would be advantageous.

We are looking for people who fit the HomeEspaña profile, that is, outgoing, communicative, open-minded and forward-thinking.

French-speaking Client Relations Manager – Los Dolses

HomeEspaña is looking to employ a highly motivated person to join its fast-growing international team at our office in Los Dolses, Orihuela Costa.

As Client Relations Manager, the successful candidate will be HomeEspaña’s first point of contact with our clients, ascertaining client interests, needs and problems and providing them with useful information to build a relationship between client and company with a view to helping them decide on properties to visit and eventually buy.

The post comes with an attractive basic salary package + uncapped commission.

*All candidates MUST be native French speakers

Sales Liaison – International Office (Los Dolses)

HomeEspaña is looking for a Sales Liaison to join our fast-growing International Office in Los Dolses (Orihuela Costa). The post comes with an attractive base salary and a monthly bonus based on office performance. A company laptop is also included in the package.

*All interested candidates MUST speak French, Dutch and English fluently and any other languages would be extremely advantageous.

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist administration team with lead inputting/allocation

  • Assist the sales team with closing deals where possible
  • Vendor lead administration
  • Take charge of the vendor feedback process
  • Manage agent bookings
