Property Lister– Calpe

Job Description: Sourcing and evaluating property in Calpe and surrounding areas. Great potential for professional growth within the company for candidates with management qualities/skills.

Candidate Profile:

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish
  • Must have a full driver’s license
  • Experience in the real estate industry advantageous
  • The following languages are very beneficial:  Dutch, German, French
  • Technically proficient in taking property photographs
  • Confident and presentable
  • Team worker
  • Uses initiative
  • Motivated and hardworking
  • Knowledge of local areas beneficial
  • Client-facing experience is a must

This position offers a great contract salary package as well as commission.

Part-Time Finance Assistant – Flexible hours
