Insurance Specialist – Orihuela Costa

HomeFinance, the fast-growing financial services arm of HomeEspaña based in Playa Flamenca (Alicante), provides mortgage, legal and insurance advice and services to international clients who either live or are looking to live in Spain.

Ideal candidates will be strategic thinkers and will use their experience in the insurance and financial services sector and language skills to grow this area of the business.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage all new and existing clients.
  • Prepare quotes and activate policies.
  • Manage and improve all internal insurance processes.

They also help our property owners with information and advice in order to take all the work and stress out of the selling process.

Client Relations Manager

A client Relations Manager’s main role at HomeEspaña is to provide information and advice to make sure our clients are looking in the right areas and also to assist them with their plans to visit Spain in the search for their dream home.

Client Relations Managers also work very closely with our dynamic team of Sales Executives, providing feedback from our clients to ensure the viewing appointments they organise fit our clients’ criteria.

Sales Executive

Sales Executives at HomeEspaña liaise with our Client Relations Managers to prepare the best possible viewing appointments for our clients. As property experts, they are also totally transparent about the pros and cons of each property they show, in line with the ethos of the company.

On your first day as a Sales Executive at HomeEspaña, you are introduced to the ‘vehicle’ of your success. We supply each of our Sales Executives with a fully insured and HomeEspaña-branded company car to drive your results.

Aftersales Executive

Attention to detail and the soul of a life coach.

The HomeEspaña Aftersales Service is one of our greatest selling points and this is entirely due to our dedicated and caring team of Aftersales Executives. They provide expert assistance, advice and assurance to our clients, removing the stress, uncertainty and hassle from the process of buying a property in Spain – a process that could otherwise prove to be extremely tiresome and troublesome.

This support does not end when our clients have moved in. Aftersales Executives also help our clients settle in by providing local knowledge and contacts along with advice to make sure our clients have everything they need to be happy in their new home.

Sales Liaison

Resourceful and great under pressure.

A new role at HomeEspaña, our Sales Liaisons are literally the glue that sticks our team together. They assist our Client Relations Managers and Sales Executives in sourcing the most suitable properties for our clients and also ensure communication between them is fluid. They help book viewings, provide vendors with feedback from those viewings and also provide support in real time while our Sales Executives are with our clients.

So, you could say that our Sales Liaisons are those people behind the scenes that make sure the trains are running on time!
