HomeEspaña have been dismayed at the lack of quality builders in Spain and have decided to concentrate their new property business on a builder who has delivered the goods for the past 38 years.

TM are very selective in agreeing to collaborations with agents, so this a big step for both companies.

HomeEspaña and TM have opened a sales office within the main offices of HomeEspaña on the Cabo Roig roundabout. This sales office will deal with clients who are interested in purchasing TM property and agents who currently do, or wish to, collaborate with HomeEspaña.

HomeEspaña are particularly interested in recruiting agents who want to move into selling new, off plan and key ready properties and who have similar ethos of selling quality properties, in developments that are completed on time and with partners who offer a top rate service to their clients.
