HomeEspaña’s multifaceted team of dedicated staff has a combined experience of 150 years in the property market. Our team includes: experienced Sales Executives, proactive Client Relationship Executives, a second to none Aftersales Department, qualified Finance and Accounting Personnel and dynamic and proactive marketing strategies. Our company ethos has always stayed the same and is the reason why we are still actively selling 20 properties a month, on average.

We offer loyalty, determination and professionalism to all of our Agents, expecting the same in return. Following our collaboration agreement, we welcome you and your team to come and visit us at our offices in Spain to meet our friendly, professional staff in person and familiarise yourself with the areas and product that we specialise in. We can also provide you with any marketing material that you may require.
Nicky Smith will personally act as your Relationship Manager in the South Costa Blanca and Clare Johnston will act as your Relationship Manager in the North Costa Blanca, helping you with all of your client needs – from arranging bookings to dealing with our database. Clare is here to help you with any questions you may need answered and will be your first point of contact when providing you with property information.
Our Marketing Team will also be on call to help you with any enquiries and provide you with the necessary material in order for you to promote our properties through the different marketing channels: Internet, Exhibitions, Off Street, Email Marketing, Newspaper Advertising, PR and Referrals.
Our Aftersales and Finance department will inform you when the completion of your client’s sale has taken place and the commission payment will then be arranged. We ensure that all of our agents receive prompt payment upon completion.
Our properties are what make us stand out as a company and that is why we dedicate a great deal of time and effort in sourcing high quality properties at affordable prices. We mainly deal with Resale and Brand New properties.
The majority of our clients purchase a resale property, this being an established property, often with a quick completion date. We have a very disciplined listing procedure and we work with all of our vendors to achieve a fair market price. We operate like a UK or Irish estate agency: We list. We value. We sell. When it comes to Brand New properties, our experience ensures that only developers who combine quality, service and an understanding of the role of the promoting agent are selected. We carry out due diligence on all builders/developers and the developments that we deal with so we can guarantee peace of mind to our clients and agents.
