 Job Title: Sales Executive

Office Location: Denia Sales Office

Job Description: An immediate start – The role involves working with our qualified UK and International clients on appointments in the north Costa Blanca area.  The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker who has face to face sales experience.

Candidate Profile:

  • Have a highly-motivated approach to selling with a positive can do attitude.
  • Demonstrate good organisational and administration skills.
  • Experience of the Spanish real estate industry, including resale and new builds.
  • Team worker.
  • Thrives in a target driven role.
  • Ability to rise to the challenge and surpass expectations.
  • Motivated and hard working.
  • Knowledge of local areas beneficial.
  • Client-facing experience is a must.
  • A second language is not essential but is a welcome bonus.

This position offers a great contract salary package – also commissions and a company car.

Job Title: New Homes Administration Assistant

Office Location: La Zenia Sales Office

Job Description: 

  • To have full knowledge of new build developments in the local area and complete admin tasks involved with this. This is a part-time role (20hrs a week) based in our La Zenia sales office, with a good rate of salary.

Candidate Profile:

  • Communicating with local builders.
  • Full knowledge of each development.
  • Assisting the sales team with new and existing developments.
  • Native English speaker with fluent Spanish.
  • Capable computer skills.
  • Confident and presentable.
  • Team worker.
  • Uses initiative.
  • Motivated and hard working.
  • Knowledge of local areas beneficial.
  • Organised.
  • Good communicator.

Job Title: Multi Lingual Telemarketing Assistant

Office: Denia, Spain

Job Description: Talking to clients prior to their visits to Spain and to discuss the sales process and help them source properties they wish to visit. This will involve:

  • Assisting with the purchase of a property and taking clients out to view the properties/give area tours.
  • Brainstorming ideas and assisting the marketing team with capturing Dutch/Belgian buyers.

Candidate Profile:

  • Must speak fluent English, Dutch and French.
  • Have some sales experience.
  • Confident and presentable
  • Team worker.
  • Uses initiative.
  • Motivated and hard working.
  • Knowledge of local areas beneficial.
