La Florida Property

Owning a property in La Florida places you in a well established residential area where all the amenities you need for everyday living are within easy reach. La Florida itself has plenty of bars and restaurants, shops, banks and a decent sized supermarket. A short drive (around 10 minutes) takes you to the ever popular town of Torrevieja where you will find a gigantic Carrefours supermarket, a bowling alley, cinema complex, casino, plus an endless choice of places to eat and drink. The new shopping mall was completed in 2005 – the three floors of shopping outlets will provide plenty of retail therapy!

Golf lovers will think they’ve died and gone to heaven: the top class courses at Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas are all just minutes away and there are at least 14 other golf courses within driving distance. The beaches simply can’t be beaten and there are so many to choose from it will be hard to make up your mind – Guardamar, La Zenia and Campoamor are just three of the most attractive places to spend the day. The nearby salt lakes help create the perfect climate for which this area of the Costa Blanca is so famed; the World Health Organisation cites the area around Torrevieja as one of the healthiest places to live in the world.
